The way that a merchant processes and delivers orders may be more important than anything else they do. Even the best products and the most courteous, caring customer service may be forgotten if a shipment doesn’t arrive in time and pristine condition.

That’s why World Pharmacy Store has invested a great deal of time, effort, and money into perfecting our fulfillment and delivery processes.

Once one of our licensed pharmacists has taken your order (a written copy of your prescription is usually only necessary if you’re new to World Pharmacy Store or are receiving a new medication), here’s what happens next.

  • Details are immediately transmitted to our 24-hour warehouse. In almost all cases, your order is packed and shipped on a same-day basis.
  • A final quality inspection is performed, and your prescriptions are then carefully packed. We only use discreet, unmarked packages or envelopes, to make sure carriers, neighbors, and passers-by don’t know what’s contained inside, and none of your personal information is visible except for your name and address.
  • Your package is sent on its way with a postal carrier or a private courier. We only use courier services that are insured and have been proven to be trustworthy and reliable.
  • We send your order confirmation along with tracking information.
  • We also track your order to make sure it’s on time and on target.

For most delivery locations, we offer two options, both processed to dispatch the same day the order is received.
